Dedalus is recruiting a Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager M/F
The Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager designs and implements the management and human resources management policy (personnel administration, onboarding, payroll, internal mobility, etc.) for the Dedalus Group.
He manages the team in charge of the preparation, entry and monthly control of payroll and post-payroll.
He is the guarantor of all the structuring actions allowing the administrative management of the personnel, from the entry process to their exit.
Main responsibilities:
• Set up procedures, HR reporting and KPIs for the Group
• Manage the activity and the payroll team,
• Guarantee the reliability of payroll, for permanent and temporary staff (control and validation),
• Supervise the preparation, establishment and control of payroll and social declarations,
• Actively participate in projects related to the payroll and personnel administration aspects of different services,
• Be the privileged point of contact for social organizations,
• Define and manage the payroll schedule
• Manage the relationship with the software publishers of Nibelis and ADP payroll software (in particular for settings) and time management (Timesheet, ADP)
• Manage the administration of personnel from the entry to the exit of the employee
• Organize the onboarding and follow-up care of new employees
• Follow the mandatory medical visits
• Track sick leave and Social Security reimbursements
• Respond to requests from employees (requests for information, HR procedures, tools, etc.)
• Work in collaboration with accounting and finance for payroll data (provisions, charges...) and payroll
• Participate in certain cross-functional HR projects in collaboration with the HRD and the Group Compensation & Benefits team.
• Ensure regulatory and social surveillance
• Ensure the reliability and fluidity of information feedback to the HR team and managers
Qualification
Initial training (BAC+3/+5) in Payroll Management or Human Resources. Significant experience (10 years) in our field of activity.
Position to be filled as soon as possible as a permanent position (CDI) and based in Bordeaux (33).

En tant que Responsable Paie et ADP vous accompagnez la structuration du service paie dans un contexte très challengeant : hyper-croissance, migration de paie, organisation matricielle internationale.
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Ressources Humaines France, vous serez en charge de concevoir et mettre en œuvre la politique de management des ressources humaines (l’administration du personnel, intégration, paie, mobilité, ...) de Dedalus France.
Vous aurez comme missions :
Profil
De formation initiale (BAC+4/5) en Gestion de la Paie et Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative (10-15 ans) dans un poste équivalent.
La paie, qu’elle soit internalisée ou bien externalisée, n’a plus de secret pour vous.
Excellent manager, vous êtes capable de reprendre un service paie et de mettre en place les actions structurantes pour en assurer la pérennité.
Vous êtes capable de gérer un projet SIRH (Workday idéalement) notamment de changement de logiciel de paie.
Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant, et être à l’aise dans un environnement de travail international (dont reporting RH).
Poste en CDI basé à Artigues-près-Bordeaux (33), à pourvoir le plus rapidement possible.
