Within a pool of Executive Assistants (EA) and reporting to Marine, EA of Alexis Lanternier, our CEO, you will :
Organize complex external meetings / cross-division meetings & projects
Organize internal & external events (Global Townhall, divisions Townhall, Leadership Team, Kids Day with WorkPlace)
Project Management: all logistics for offsites, major industry events & complex travels (incl. complex visa requests)
Ad hoc requests (for example purchase orders requests)
Closely collaborate with the other EA through a ticketing solution, plus WorkPlace & IT teams
This role is excellent for a person with:
6 years of experience (minimum) as an EA, preferably within an international company
Bilingual French & English is essential
Great scheduling, reporting, travel logistics and time management skills
An autonomous self-starter, proactive and trustworthy team player with a sense of humor & great communication skills
Patience, diligence, adaptability and willingness to work within a fast-changing environment
