The Core Infrastructure Team is looking for a new apprentice in Network Engineering for living thrilling adventures. You will help us to provide reliable, performant and secure services to guarantee the best Deezer Experience around the world in a resource-efficient way. You will work in a high traffic and high availability environment with interesting projects. 

What you will do:

• Work closely with other teams to understand and mitigate issues

• Support the Team through RUN and Toil

• Manage network operations with our provider

• Deploy services, solutions and tools to reduce Toil

• Monitor, detect anomalies, investigate problems, fast incident resolution

• Participate to code review

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of GNU/Linux systems (we use Ubuntu)

• Knowledge on containerization (Docker) and Virtualization (Proxmox/KVM)

• Experience with Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Helm

• Knowledge of Terraform, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, GKE and containerization (Docker)

• Experience with Monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Good communication skills and the capacity to adapt, and autonomy
