As a Senior SEO Manager you will be joining the Performance Marketing team within the Marketing division and report to the Head of Analytics & SEO. The Performance Marketing team is in charge of driving paid and organic user acquisition, and you’ll be in charge of leading the SEO strategy across our main websites, ensuring strong performances for our core products and initiatives and overseeing all technical SEO programs and requirements.

To achieve that you’ll be accompanied by another SEO Manager and an apprentice.

This is a strategic position, for someone who has shown a proven ability to unify cross-functional teams to drive sustainable organic growth. The right candidate should be a great communicant who is able to convince both developers and marketing teams as well as leverage data to support his strategy.

What you will do:  

 

  • Define the strategies to increase visibility, keywords rankings, and traffic quality to ultimately generate more business
  • Rollout the technical roadmap working directly with engineering and product teams
  • Ensure our website’s technical conformity to latest Search Engine requirements but also anticipate evolutions around GenAI and web performance
  • Use crawling tools and data to monitor, report and improve our websites internal structure and technical performances
  • Pilot SEO wider objectives: site migrations, page deprecations, external websites structure and more
  • Identify skills and tools gap in the SEO team and align with your hierarchy to build up and empower the team

Profil recherché

This role is excellent for a person with:

 

  • 4+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies
  • Master advanced SEO techniques and core principles, solid knowledge about search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
  • Experience working on International website, implementing successful large-scale SEO initiatives, including site architecture optimizations and international localization
  • Data driven and business focus mindset, you are not looking only to increase SEO traffic but to bring quality prospects to the website
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product & tech, content, design and communications teams 
  • Evangelist and comfortable speaking with both marketers and developers, excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to any type of audience
  • Fluent in English
