We are looking for an intern to join us in March 2025.
This role is important to develop our employer brand towards students and schools/universities, and build a diverse and talented pool of candidates. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, the Head of Talent and the Hiring Managers to structure and run our interns & apprentices recruitment campaign (~ 80 / an) and to develop our school relationships, employer attractiveness.
What you will do:
Structure and lead a full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices for business and tech functions and ensure the best candidate experience (recruitment campaign, candidate interviews, debriefs, offers, liaise with the HR Operations team for the administrative process, reporting…)
Contribute to the definition of our Campus Management Strategy, and then actively contribute to it (follow up and execute current partnerships with schools, participate in school forums or student events if relevant, recommend ways to make Deezer visible and known on campus…)
Animate the internal interns/apprentice community at Deezer
Contribute to Competencies framework project and DEI plans initiatives and follow up
Develop new employer branding actions, leveraging our communities and talent pools
Ad hoc contribution to other talent team projects or talent event organisation
This role is excellent for a person with:
A HR or Business Master
Fluent in French and in English
Active listening, curiosity and ability to think out of the box
Team player, self-starter rigorous and organised
Interested in discovering all the aspects of talent development, acquisition
At ease with project management processes and methodologies
