As a Insights Consultant (SUI Manager), you are part of the Set-Up & Implementation team under the Customer Services Department. This department consists of 3 functions: Set-Up & Implementation, Customer Success, and Account Management, all working together to deliver outstanding client experiences.
This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, project management, and client engagement skills to drive impact and ensure excellence at every stage of execution.
As a SUI Manager, your responsibilities include OWNING the streams of
1/ Set-up & framework development
Define the project scope in collaboration with Sr. SUI Managers and the clients
Support majority of framework development through research and data gathering to better understand the client’s context
Own the briefing process, ensuring clear queries and source lists for client validation
Conduct quality checks throughout the process, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Oversee data metrics, ensuring data integrity from start to finish at the most granular level
Analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights to support project execution
Co-run client meetings, supporting discussions with relevant content and assets
2/Project activation & delivery
Brainstorm and define potential solutions with Senior SUI Managers based on client briefs
Lead the development of assets such as workshops, presentations, and deep dives
Own project the management and delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and outcomes
Additionally, you will be SUPPORTING with
3/ Account management
Contribute to account roadmaps and strategy discussions, providing insights during planning meetings. Align on feasibility, timelines, and priorities across different accounts.
Gather and transmit client feedback to relevant stakeholders
Support the content creation for sales meetings and project kick-offs
4/ Onboarding & socialization
Participate in initial onboarding with the core team, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success Manager or Account Director
Provide input on onboarding assets (manuals, weekly updates, feature communications), collaborating with marketing on final execution
3+ years of experience in strategic insight or data analysis across a range of industries, ideally within a strategic research agency, growth & innovation consultancy, or management consulting firm
Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
Previous experience working in SaaS B2B environment is a plus
Previous experience with fortune 500 brands is a plus
Good level of experience with tools like MS Excel is mandatory
Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery

A creative problem-solver; able to think both analytically AND creatively, and bring a fresh perspective by connecting the dots in unexpected ways

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with clients. You will play a key role in shaping product development by gathering and incorporating valuable customer feedback
