Perform activities with the guidance of the Central team in Paris and report directly to the Head of B2B, APAC.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, bars, and other high-end hospitality venues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including hotel groups, interior designers, AV consultants, and architects.
Work with local distributors and partners to accelerate Devialet’s presence across APAC.
Oversee the implementation of Devialet audio solutions in hospitality spaces, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both Devialet and its partners.
Represent Devialet at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, logistics and finance teams.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments when required.
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the hospitality, AV, or high-end electronics industries.
Proven track record in selling premium or high-end segments, preferably to the hotel, retail or F&B sectors.
Fluent in English. Chinese (Mandarin), French, or any Asian language is a plus.
Experience with CRM software, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and ZenDesk…
Experience working in the hospitality industry and with existing relationships are strong plusses.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within the APAC region as required.
