With more than 1 000 customers, our KAM team is responsible for the largest customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring account renewal, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer/Co-founder. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Ensure the renewal of existing contracts and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their goals.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance and develop strategies for growth.
  • Preferred skills & experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial orientation.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
  • Tools you’ll work with on a regular basis:

  • CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Communication and collaboration tools like Notion.
  • Recruitment process:

  • First Interview: A conversation with our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to assess fit and experience.
  • Second Interview: In-depth discussion with our Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Task Assignment: A practical task or case study relevant to the role.
  • Offer: Presentation of the job offer to the selected candidate.
