As a Sales Analyst, you will be part of the Performance team and will be in constant contact with various teams (Sales, Data, Tech, Operations, Quality).
You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to our strategic projects, particularly by supporting our clients to determine their needs, expectations, and constraints, while optimizing our internal processes. You will also be expected to propose solutions to various problems encountered, in order to continuously improve ongoing projects and processes.
Your main tasks will include :
Sales data analysis :
Collect and analyze sales and performance data
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs)
Track the evolution of key company KPIs.
Propose recommendations to optimize performance.
Support for strategic decision-making:
Collaborate with different teams to gather relevant information.
Participate in the development of action plans based on your analyses
Prepare presentations for strategic meetings
Excellent team spirit and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a knack for synthesizing information.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
English: Excellent written and spoken skills.
Excel: Strong proficiency.
