The Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Inventory Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of building and nurturing global relationships with our supply partners, playing a key role in shaping our inventory strategy.

You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and tech teams to optimize our offering, drive growth, and ensure seamless integration across multiple markets.

Where and how can you work?

The position offers flexibility in work location, with the option to be based at Bordeaux and at one of our Internationals offices in Paris or Madrid. Additionally, we support a hybrid work model, allowing for up to two remote workdays per week.

What will be your impact?

As an Inventory manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage existing relationships across key media owners & SSP relationships in your geographical area

  • Build strategic business plans with key publisher partners for overall growth

  • Monitor industry trends and be able to communicate to partners Displayce’s position.

  • Evangelize and detect opportunities for our Solutions for Media Owners (Data Management Platform, Demand-Side Platform…)

  • Evangelize and support the implementation of clean supply including adoption of existing and new IAB standards.

  • Coordinate with our tech & client service team for successful cross-team support and growth of partnerships

  • Coordinate the daily workflow and troubleshoot issues between SSPs, Publishers, and DSPs.

  • Oversee access to new inventory and ensure the accuracy and consistency of inventory data on the platform.


Profil recherché

You will be a good fit if you have

  • Over 2 years of experience in programmatic publisher business development for SSPs, data companies or media organizations

  • Knowledge of the sell side of digital advertising and offline media.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Legal, tech and Finance teams.

  • Problem solver, skilled in project management and process optimization.

  • Self-motivated individual capable of identifying new partnerships or initiatives and managing projects from inception to completion.

  • Quick to understand new technologies and product developments, comfortable with complex concepts.

  • Excellent analytics skills, communication and negotiation capabilities.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Our hiring process

Our hiring process includes three steps over approximately two weeks:

  • 1. Pre-qualification Interview (30 minutes): An initial discussion with Sylvie (RRH) to assess your background and fit for the role.

  • 2. In-depth Interview (1 hours): Discussions with Clémence & 1 future colleague

  • 3. Final Meeting (30 minutes): A concluding discussion with Marie (CRO) and Laure (CEO)
