Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join us. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the financial services industry and with knowledge of the AML, KYC or Risk Management space. You will lead efforts in designing, executing, and optimising demand generation campaigns, while also managing marketing operations. Your main objective will be to drive qualified leads and improve the efficiency of our marketing initiatives. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales to meet our revenue targets.

The position is based in Paris or London with 2 to 3 days of remote work possible per week. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.

  • Educate & Build Interest – Communicate our value proposition and how our SaaS solution helps Fintech, Crypto companies and Financial institutions streamline Onboarding operations, enhance compliance, or scale more efficiently.

  • Impact the Sales Funnel – Book meetings from outbound prospection for Account Executives (AEs) with high-potential prospects.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with AEs and the marketing growth  team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

  • Track & Optimize Performance – Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot) and continuously refine outreach techniques based on data and feedback.

Profil recherché

About You

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, in Fintech, Regtech or within a fast growing tech company selling in into Fintech, Crypto companies and Financial institutions

  • You have experience operating according to a proven sales playbook (Meddpicc, Command of the message…) 

  • You have a proven track-record of partnering with Sales to create highly efficient pipeline generation strategies

  • You are highly creative and never run out of new ideas to test. You like to make bold bets that can have a meaningful impact on the business

  • You have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

  • You are fluent in English and a secondary language (french preferably), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Screening Call: A preliminary call is conducted to assess fit from both parties.

  • Deep Dive on Past Experiences: An in-depth discussion is held regarding the candidate’s past experiences.

  • Case Study: The candidate is given a case study to solve.

  • Reference Check: Feedback from references is gathered
