Your Role at Echo

You will be joining the R&D Team. A great team built around more than 30 people.

You’ll work closely with the Software Team building the Echo Platform: a SaaS solution that allows our customers to visualize and extract data from our different products. Like the rest of our stack, the Echo Platform lives in Google Cloud Platform, with a good part on Google Kubernetes Engine, and uses GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

Your main challenge will be to help design, build, and manage the platform infrastructure. You’ll also participate in automating tasks and making the rest of our stack more reliable.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

• Build and manage the platform’s infrastructure with Terraform
• Set up and improve the platform’s deployment processes
• Secure and monitor the platform’s infrastructure
• Analyze incidents and ensure reliability
• Automate repetitive tasks
• Empower the Tech team by contributing to self-service tools, sharing good practices, and improving the documentation

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Web platform environment
• Working Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform
• Working Experience in managing Kubernetes clusters
• Working Experience on Cloud Infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform
• Working Experience in developing bash or python scripts
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Loki, or Sentry
• Experience with GitOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI
• Experience in managing database systems such as PostgreSQL is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
