Your Responsibilities
Strategic New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage companies that can benefit from data-driven search engine marketing.
Consulting & Sales: Analyse business models, develop tailored solutions, and convince decision-makers of our SEO & SEA strategies.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Manage your own sales pipeline and leverage CRM tools for data-driven customer engagement.
Contract Negotiation & Closing: Conduct negotiations at eye level and manage the entire sales process through to contract signing.
Key Account Development: Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Experience in selling digital marketing services (SEO, SEA, performance marketing, online marketing agencies, AdTech, MarTech, etc.).
Strong negotiation skills in the B2B sector, particularly with decision-makers from mid-sized and enterprise businesses.
Familiarity with CRM systems for structured lead and sales pipeline management.
Excellent communication and consulting skills to strategically develop client relationships.
Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on sales targets and KPIs.
Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
