This role is within the Travel Business Line marketing team, directly reporting to Head of Marketing, Strategy and Product
Group Head of Digital Services – Travel BL
Responsibility
His/ her main responsibilities are the following:
§ Act as Business Owner / Manager for Travel protection digital service applications (live on 9+ international markets)
§ Within agile methodology: ensure proper roadmap with clear prioritization and define complete business requirements for development teams
§ Drive platform upgrades on UX/UI and a consistent roadmap of features and manage stakeholders with focus on quality and customer centricity
§ Manage platform IT budgeting, roadmap definition and issue resolution
§ Lead the onboarding of key new accounts and new countries onto the digital platform, driving the design for needed customizations keeping the platform overall consistency
§ Bring expertise to strategic business partners on digitalization of service
§ Cooperate with IT, Ops and Onboarding teams to ensure the delivery on time and meeting partners expectations from a digital customer experience perspective
§ Lead Group-level Travel digital strategic projects and support Business transformation programs
§ Define Group vision and strategy on Travel digital services and lead with countries its delivery or scalability
§ Keep visibility on travel digital services, initiatives and capabilities within top Travel countries, with an impact on digital experience and make sure to leverage them amongst countries
§ Foster customer centricity within the company by tracking main trends and shift in customers behavior and evolutions in technical solutions
PROFILE
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
At least 8 years’ experience working in the insurance industry or in consultancy dealing with digital transformation projects, being part of the experience acquired in international environment
Excellent educational background, preferably in the fields of business management and engineering
Experience with main market digital solutions
Digital product management experience
Proficiency on digital technologies and trends
Interest and passion for innovation, travel industry and disruptive technologies
A good understanding of database fundamentals, Agile methodologies, Software and web development methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with UX design tools (eg. Figma)
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Soft skills:
Strong leadership, teamwork and people management skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Capacity to influence stakeholders using business acumen
Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in management of cross-cultural and remote teams
