Law plays a crucial role in the effective management of our operations. We need someone who will ensure legal compliance and support our activities. We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel Apprentice to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting of intragroup contracts
• Working closely with Europ Assistant Holding procurement team on legal matters
• Legal research

Prefered candiate profile :

• Level of Education Master in Law
• EFB (Barreau de Paris)
• Law school

Required skills // Soft Skills

• Master's degree in law
• Strong substantive knowledge of contract law 
• Ability to work, communicate, negociate and draft contracts in English and Frenc
• Excellent organizational skills, capacity of working with different fields of law, autonomous, self-starter, rigorous and results-oriented
