Role & impact 🚀

Our mission in the Growth Marketing department is to connect the maximum number of highly qualified travelers with the best local experts across all markets.

As an experienced SEO leader, your mission is to drive and optimize organic traffic across our European markets (FR, ES, DE, IT, NL). You’ll develop, lead, and execute a high-performing SEO strategy that matches user intent and business objectives. Using data-driven insights, content excellence, and technical expertise, you’ll enhance our digital visibility and conversion rates.


The SEO team 👥

Reporting to Claire, our Head of Growth, you’ll join and lead a dedicated and dynamic team of three experts: an SEO Content Manager, an SEO Product Owner, and an apprentice. You’ll also work closely with other departments (product, offer, marketing,…) to accelerate our overall growth.

Your core responsibilities 📝

📈 SEO Growth Strategy:

  • Conduct deep dives into keyword and competitor landscapes to tailor our SEO strategies for all our Markets.

  • Design, deploy, and effectively communicate robust SEO action plans for short- and long-term growth.

  • Lead the SEO as an acquisition channel: provide business reports, analysis, and action plans. Set SMART goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective action plans when necessary.

  • Leverage SEO tools to keep a pulse on rankings, traffic metrics, and emerging opportunities.

📝 SEO Content:

  • Collaborate with your team’s editorial referent to sketch a dynamic content roadmap.

  • Champion content scalability and integrity (volume and internationalization in collaboration with Country referents), ensuring alignment with top-tier SEO practices.

  • Orienting the offer for SEO purposes: create facets, and studies to orient the offer for each key destination and major theme (like safari) in collaboration with the Offer Team.

🎯 SxO (Search Experience Optimization):

  • Ensure that the impact team’s (multidisciplinary product-tech team including your SEO expert) strategy enables them to optimize the user experience to mirror SEO objectives and support them if necessary.

  • Guarantee content is in sync with the search intent of high-potential keywords & market best practices

🎯 Technical SEO & Netlinking

  • Ensure periodic audits of our websites, mending any potential SEO-related discrepancies.

  • Synchronize with the Tech team, safeguarding the SEO health during website updates.

  • Oversee external netlinking: define and allocate the budget optimally, establish the strategy, and monitor deployment for maximum impact.

  • Lead and develop a team of 3 Evaneossians (1 SEO Product Owner, 1 Content & Editorial Manager, 1 Apprentice) while supervising partnerships with 10+ content freelancers.

Profil recherché

What we’re looking for

You may be a great fit for this position if:

  • With a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SEO, you have a deep understanding of “Search Intent” and “User Journey”

  • You have a strong ability to lead and develop teams, with a proven track record as a manager in structuring workflows, mentoring, and fostering team growth

  • You are data-driven, with the ability to develop a strategic vision, drive performance, and have strong evangelization skills

  • You master Google Search Console and GA along with proficiency in one or more tools such as Screaming Frog, SemRush, MyPoseo, Oncrawl, or Majestic SEO

  • You have strong technical aptitude with a drive for process automation

  • You are fluent in both French and English to connect daily with all Evaneossians

  • Prior experience in a dynamic, growth-driven setting is a bonus

Déroulement des entretiens

In French and English:

  • A first HR call with Marion to break the ice and talk about your experiences (30 minutes)

  • Interview with Claire, your future Team Leader to deep dive into your work competencies and the job itself (1 hour)

  • Practical case study report ideally face-to-face including restitution time, and discussion with the team (1 hour)

  • Interview with Romain, Chief Product & Growth Officer

  • A culture fit interview with some Evaneossians
