Responsibilities :

  • Understand requirements for each event
  • Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost
  • Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, supply the materials for demos, raise POs, manage the goodies and brochures stock etc..)
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
  • Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
  • Cooperate with marketing to promote and publicize event
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
  • Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
  • Update and manage Salesforce and campaign data
  • Review NDA templates and work with legal accordingly
  • Do outbound prospecting by calling potential customers
  • Manage inbound leads and qualify/disqualify them accordingly

Requirements

  • You are in your final year of an Engineering or Technical school
  • You know the logistics sector or are ready to discover it
  • You want to work for a fast-growing company offering an innovative product
  • You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills, and are able to work independently.
  • You are fluent in English
