As an IT Support Technician, your main missions will be :
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues both on-site and remotely
Maintain and administer operating systems, Microsoft Services
Design implement and administer Active Directory Group Policies and company security policies
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to Engineers
Manage OnBoarding, OutBoarding processes and licence management
Install, configure and maintain IT systems, applications and peripherals
Maintain documentation of support processes and solutions to recurring problems
Ensure adherence to IT KPI
Technical skills :
Minimum 2 years’ experience on a similar role with customer service, ticketing systems
Proven experience in troubleshooting, hardware/software knowledge, networking basics
Familiarity with remote support tools and documentation skills (Microsoft Administrator)
Fluent in French
Conversational skills in English
