Descriptif du poste

As a Technician Support, your main missions will be :

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues both on-site and remotely

  • Maintain and administer operating systems, Microsoft Services

  • Design, implement and administer Active Directory Group Policies and Company Security Policies

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to Engineers

  • Manage OnBoarding, OffBoarding processes and licence management

  • Install, configure and maintain IT systems, applications and peripherals

  • Maintain documentation of support processes and solutions to recurring problems

  • Ensure adherence to IT KPI


Profil recherché

Technical skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience on a similar role with customer service, ticketing systems

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, hardware/software knowledge, networking basics

  • Familiarity with remote support tools and documentation skills (Microsoft Administrator)

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Conversational skills in English

Personal skills

  • Your communication skills and empathy are recognised

  • You have a sense of empathy and patience is a real plus for this role

  • Optimisation of time management and focus on problem solving

  • You know how to manage stress situations

  • Customer-oriented approach
