We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer (Jamf Specialist), who will support the company's growth by streamlining and scaling our automated asset preparation processes. Reporting to our IT Manager, you will contribute to critical IT projects while ensuring smooth device management, efficient IT operations, and exceptional user support. This role is key to enabling a seamless IT experience for employees across the organisation, as well as optimizing workflows for scalability.
Your role and responsibilities
- You will manage and optimize Jamf processes to streamline device provisioning, updates, and maintenance.
- Automate IT asset preparation for computers and smartphones, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Manage device lifecycles, from onboarding to decommissioning.
- Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving escalated tickets efficiently and ensuring high customer satisfaction while communicating technical solutions and processes clearly to team members and end users.
- Lead or contribute to IT projects focused on automation, scaling, and improving internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT infrastructure needs.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including guides for automation workflows and device preparation.
- Track and analyse metrics like CSAT scores and time efficiency in device preparation.
Requirements
Background and Experiences
- 5 to 6 years in IT operations, with a focus on automation and asset management.
- Proven experience as a Jamf administrator or engineer, with strong expertise on Jamf and Apple eco-system.
- Familiarity with tools like Okta, Reftab, Google Workspace, and Jira/Confluence.
- Experience in IT project management, particularly in scaling IT operations for a growing organisation.

- Curious and autonomous
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English is mandatory, another language is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
