To help us meet our growing challenges, we are seeking an experienced and driven Tech Lead to join our R&D team. This pivotal role involves leading and supporting two agile development teams composed of 6 software engineers each, fostering their success, and contributing directly to squad efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and support two teams of 6 fullstack software engineers each.
• Guide engineers in achieving technical excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and roadmap.
• Project Contribution:
• Actively participate in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Engage hands-on in coding, code reviews, and solution architecture to ensure best practices are applied.
• Address supply chain business challenges, such as configuration management, handling large volumes of data, and technical issues including cloud transition, data model evolution, and performance optimization.
• Agile Squad Effort:
• Collaborate closely with other squad members, including Scrum Masters, architects, QAs, product managers, and business experts.
• Participate in all phases of scrum development: requirement analysis, estimation, implementation, automated testing, code reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work with international teams across France and China, including stakeholders in design, product, and QA functions.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Technical Environment:

• Microservices in Java 21 with SpringBoot
• Container-based deployment
• ReactJS front-end
• PostgreSQL & MongoDB databases
• AWS cloud platform

About You:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead within a software editing company, with a history of leading successful development teams.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Software Developer, preferably in the software industry.
• Mastery of Java Spring, with strong backend architecture and development expertise.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• A proactive mindset: able to step back, challenge assumptions, and offer innovative solutions.
• Excellent team player, communicator, and knowledge-sharer.
• Fluent in English to collaborate with international teams.
• Educational background in engineering or equivalent (computer science/applied mathematics).
