So what's this role about? 🔥

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market success. Combining strategic vision with operational expertise, you will develop marketing plans that align with customer needs and business goals, ensuring our products stand out in the market.

We expect you to impact the success of the product team, directly contributing to goals related to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and product-market fit. You’ll work closely with other Product Managers to ensure product positioning aligns with customer needs and company objectives. As a key contributor to the team, you will help shape the value proposition and messaging for our products, leading customer insights research and competitive analysis to inform our GTM efforts.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with passionate and highly engaged colleagues who are deeply committed to our product and mission. Based in Malmö and Stockholm, you’ll report directly to our VP of Product, Johan Dalström, who will actively support your personal and professional growth.

This is a cross-functional role, meaning you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues across departments such as Marketing, Sales, and R&D. You’ll contribute to shaping the success of our product alongside a team of innovators who are as passionate about our business as you are.

This is what you'll do: 
  • GTM Strategy and Execution: Define and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Managers, aligning with product objectives.
  • Customer and Market Insight: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities, shaping product messaging and positioning.
  • Value Proposition and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target customers and drive demand.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools, training, and enablement materials to help sales teams effectively communicate product value.
  • Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Perform ongoing analysis to identify trends and opportunities, refining strategies and enhancing product positioning.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Produce marketing materials such as brochures, blog posts, case studies, demos, and presentations, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Analyze metrics from GTM efforts and campaigns, optimizing strategies to meet business objectives.

Who are you? 🥇

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience. Demonstrated understanding of product marketing principles and serves as a resource for team members.
  • Experience in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to operate independently on daily tasks with minimal oversight, seeking guidance when tackling more complex or strategic challenges.
