Mission

• Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Financial Maestro: Perform month-end and annual closing activities, ensuring alignment with French GAAP.
• AP/AR Wizardry: Oversee the full accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring every transaction is timely and accurate.
• Tax Savvy: Navigate the complexities of tax regulations, including VAT and corporate income tax filings.
• Audit Liaison: Lead the charge on external audits, implementing improvements based on findings.
• Financial Sentinel: Develop and enforce robust internal controls and accounting policies to protect our assets.
• System Innovator: Identify and implement enhancements to our accounting systems and processes, leveraging the latest technology for efficiency gains.
• Strategic Partner: Work closely with various departments to support their business initiatives.
• Regulatory Expert: Stay ahead of accounting standards and regulations changes, ensuring our financial practices are always compliant.
• Global Reach: Depending on your development ambitions and those of the company, oversee the proper bookkeeping of our US subsidiary and the group's financial consolidation.

Requirements

If you think you match at least 70% of these criteria, please apply!

• You have a Master's degree in accounting or a DSCG, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You have a strong ability to adapt, especially in terms of accounting software
• You have advanced Excel/Gsheet skills
• You are rigorous, organized and you know how to show discretion
• You like challenges, working in a team and evolving in a fast growing environment
• You have good command in both written and spoken English
• Ideally, you have already worked in a start-up company
• In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing and international taxation is a real plus
