About this role :
We’re looking for a proactive Intern Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset to support our Dutch market operations. This role goes beyond traditional account management; we need someone who can effectively identify sales opportunities and drive results. Based in our Amsterdam office, you will work closely with the Dutch Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction and growth. This is a 6-month internship, with a flexible start date in January or February 2025, and the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and mutual agreement.
You will be working with our solutions Pepper.com and Kortingscode.nl, working with a diverse range of stakeholders from various Affiliate Networks, Agencies and Advertisers. As the face of Atolls for our Dutch domains, you will manage your own portfolio of accounts, driving growth and building strong relationships that contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities:
As a Intern Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain relationships with our advertisers, ensuring long-term success and growth through a sales-oriented approach.
- Drive new business by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in the Dutch market through effective market research and outreach.
- Collaborate with senior account managers to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver detailed financial, performance, and strategic reports to partners on a regular basis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Take ownership of your own projects from day one, leading initiatives that directly contribute to team success and drive revenue.

Your Profile :
We’re looking for someone with a proactive, curious, and motivated mindset who is excited to contribute and grow with us. The ideal candidate should have:
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in International Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- You possess a strong commercial mindset, with a passion for sales and relationship management.
- You have a keen interest in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or digital media, and are eager to learn more.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are required; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- You enjoy building relationships and have a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
