What we can achieve together :

Reporting to the South-East division, within the Cannes' branch, you will be in charge of the part catalogs' supervision.Besides, you will have the opportunity to be in touch with multiple contacts.International travels are to be expected.

The following missions will be yours : 

  • Ensure ERP-based parts lifecycle management
  • Ensure efficient service for all ERP users when creating parts
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog of spare parts, components and services
  • Implement and maintain a standardized classification system in order to facilitate parts identification and retrieval 
  • Facilitate communication between the various teams to ensure that the catalog is aligned with the company's standards and needs
  • Lead and oversee the continuous improvement of the parts catalog
  • Ensure the integrity of parts data by conducting regular audits and resolving anomalies
  • Develop and organize training materials and sessions for employees involved in parts data entry and maintenance
  • Create and maintain documentation relating to catalog processes, standards and procedures
  • Monitor and coordinate data management and migration projects

Profil recherché

Your profile and the competencies expected for this position :

  • Bachelor's degree in data analysis
  • You have a preliminary experience in technological specfications, catalog's software and data managment's tools
  • You are able to efficiently organise, communicate, and work within a cross-functional team
  • You have a good understanding of the industrial standards in terms of part numbering and classification
  • You acquired competencies in project management, specifically in coordination of catalog updates and improvement
