The role : Chief of staff
As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the right hand to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in our European launch. This is a high-impact, strategic, and hands-on position covering operations, finance, marketing and expansion.

Your mission
🚀 Expansion & growth
- Drive market analysis, site scouting, and lease negotiations to secure prime locations.
- Support the end-to-end launch of Activate’s first sites, ensuring operational excellence.
- Build and refine scalable expansion playbooks for rapid multi-market rollout.
- Coordinate across real estate, legal, franchise, and operations teams to accelerate growth.
🎯 Marketing & revenue
- Support pricing models, promotional campaigns, and partnership deals to boost revenue.
- Identify and launch new revenue streams (corporate deals, upselling, sponsorships).
- Leverage customer data and market trends to optimize marketing efforts.
⚙️ Operations & performance
- Design and implement a scalable operating model for multi-location success.
- Set up efficient workflows covering maintenance, staffing, and guest experience.
- Adapt operational playbooks to local markets in partnership with the franchisor.
- Track and optimize KPIs to drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
💰 Finance & business optimization
- Establish and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking frameworks.
- Build data-driven dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Assist with fundraising or financing strategies if needed.
What we’re looking for :
You have 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
✅ Top management / strategy consulting firms – Consultant/Senior Consultant
✅ Business operations in a high-growth startup/scale-up – Manager-level
