YOUR ROLE

As the HR Business partner for our French Adhesive team (around 400 people) you will be directly reporting to the HR Director for the cluster BeNeFrance, and you will be involved in the following tasks:  

  • Steering of the full local HR scope for the Adhesives teams in France including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Development initiatives, solutions, and processes  
  • Delivery of consultancy and coaching as a trusted advisor to the adhesive's leadership team for people topics e.g. performance, disciplinary, development plans, succession planning, grievance cases, ensuring a consistent and tactical approach on all people-related matters with compliance to corporate standards and local legislations 
  • Alongside with our local Centers of Expertise, manage Talent Acquisition activities, provide support in compensation and benefits related matters and support to the cultural transformation and DEI initiatives for all Adhesives employees 
  • Collaboration with local, regional and global business and HR counterparts alongside with the coordination of local change management projects and related communication 
  • Management of 1 HRBP (dedicated to our 2 plants) and 1 HR Assistant (apprentice) 


Profil recherché

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Labor Law or any related courses 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as Business Partner in an international environment   
  • In-depth knowledge of local legal employment conditions, labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices are Must haves 
  • Excellent French and English communication and presentation skills 
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to handle high-level and global stakeholders with empathy strong interpersonal and active listening skills 
  • Experience in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management 
  • With a strong mindset for continuous improvement and enhancing employee experience
