Responsibilities:Responsible for all sales activities in store within Hermès standards of image and services worldwideIncluding identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, sales, and delivering post-sales servicesAchieving sales target and maintain high level of customer service, product knowledge and operational proceduresBuild and maintain long-term relationship with customers by providing excellent customer experienceProactively receive and recruit walk-in customer, maintain KPI customersAssist with inventory and special projects as neededBe part of a collaborative and inclusive teamOther duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum 3 years relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or in similar capacityStrong motivation in becoming a Hermès Ambassador and providing excellent customer serviceStrong commitment towards teamworkEnergetic, passionate and positive working attitudeExcellent in presentation, interpersonal and communication skillsGood command of Mandarin, English is a plus
