If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our company is currently seeking a customer service representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will excel in written communication, as 95% of your time will focus on email support and 5% focus on outbound calls.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries from around the world and find solutions to their issues.

This role is a remote-based position with 25 working hours per week. You must be located in California, and be available to work the following schedule: 
Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm - 10pm PST

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Skills in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to deal effectively with confrontational situations

  • Detail oriented

  • Understand and follow work rules and procedures

  • Preferred experience

  • Love teamwork and international environments

  • Love helping people and making them happy

  • Are an expert at listening and communicating

  • Are adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • Are accurate, organized and reliable

  • Have the ability to take initiatives

  • Are an avid learner and like sharing your knowledge

  • Prior experience in customer service

  • Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, German, Italian or French) is highly desirable

  • Experience with support/CRM tools, such as Zendesk
