Descriptif du poste

The apprentice Operations and Automation Officer will work closely with the manager of the Projects & Ops team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Member Support team in optimizing tool usage and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Prioritize and plan operational requests based on their impact and implementation complexity.

  • Assist the Projects & Ops team manager in testing and implementing new tools.

  • Train the team on report creation and facilitate access to relevant data to improve decision-making.

  • Work on medium- and long-term operational projects, such as implementing new tools or automating recurring manual tasks.

  • Collaborate with the product team to monitor and analyze the impact of new site and app features, ensuring their optimal integration.

The primary goal of the Ops team is to optimize the productivity and efficiency of the Member Services department while ensuring maximum member satisfaction.

To achieve this, the apprentice will help manage the tools used daily by the team (such as Zendesk and the Back Office) and implement new tools and processes aimed at improving team performance.


Profil recherché

  • You enjoy new technologies and take pleasure in testing them (if someone tells you about a great app, you’ll likely download it to try it out!)

  • You’re not intimidated by technical aspects and are curious to understand how tools work

  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy the process of finding the best solution to a given problem

  • You are organized and methodical

  • You have an interest in artificial intelligence and task automation

  • Proficiency in English
