As an Account Manager your missions will be :
Sales
• Manage their client portfolio and expand it.
• Ensure the search for new international clients as part of the sales action plan
• Determine and implement, along with their line management, the means required to meet targets (project profitability, margin, and sales).
• Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers/freelancers involved into strategic planning or creation prior to proposal submission.
• Generate customer loyalty through the quality of the services provided (creativity, pertinence, effectiveness, etc.) and R.O.I.
• Perform reporting to line management on management of campaign profitability on a regular basis.
Marketing and communications
• Establish and implement strategy for the various communications programmes for their clients.
• Represent the Agency to clients and produce presentations for clients.
• Determine and/or coordinate, on a case-by-case basis, communications strategy design for prospects or current clients.
• Supervise and take part in production of communications actions for their accounts.
• Ensure smooth implementation of marketing and communications actions.
• Keep in step with technical trends in marketing and communications.
Budget, administrative and legal management
• Supervise, manage and control budgets.
• Perform budget tracking for the campaigns in line with the established profitability targets.
• Manage campaign profitability and determine, if necessary with their line management, corrective actions to implement.
• Check and ensure the reliability of the budget in their project team.
• Ensure budgetary and legal compliance of the action plans with the specific Hong Kong requirements, in close collaboration with the Finance and administrative team
Technical skills
• Knowledge of strategic marketing and strategic thinking
• Expertise in mix-marketing, 360° or expertise-based communications techniques and media, including PR/Influence and Trade marketing/Promotion
• Ability to lead multiple projects at same time (5 to 6 accounts), coordination skills
• High flexibility, aiming to client satisfaction and quality of service
• Strong negotiation skills with clients
• Business sense and ability to develop additional sales
• Call for Bids procedures
• Language skills: fluent in English/Cantonese compulsory, additional languages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a plus.
• Knowledge of the food & beverage industry environment (including industries and products)
