We are looking for a Luxury Events Project Manager Assistant to support the Project Manager and manage events projects.

Brand content, communications campaigns, event experiences and much more!

DAILY TASKS //

• Identify the in-house needs of the luxury goods department (monitoring of trends, sectors, new technologies and innovations)
• Helping to organise steering committees (agendas, minutes & presentations)
• Researching and selecting service providers and suppliers.
• Assisting with the development of creative proposals.
• Participating in the planning of events and the design and implementation of activities.
• Helping to organise the logistics of the event and coordinating the various organisers, service providers, suppliers and participants.
• Carrying out the administrative procedures associated with the event (formalities, authorisations, etc.).

ESSENTIAL //

• Sensitivity to the luxury sector.
• Initial professional experience in event project management.
• Pack Office
