About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our dynamic team as we develop our cloud-based product. As a Lead, your impact will make a difference every day, we encourage you to take the initiative and own your role.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and managing the necessary infrastructure, tools, and processes to support our cloud platform, with a strong focus on ensuring top-notch reliability and security.
• Enhancing and maintaining our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Steering technical decisions, fostering innovation, and upholding code quality through reviews and adherence to standards.
• Leading and supervising the team, by offering guidance, and ensuring efficient task distribution. Ensure delivery of new features and effective support to internal and customer needs with an emphasis on customer service . 
• Facilitating communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of learning and process enhancement.

• DevOps: GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
• DevSecOps: HashiCorp Boundary, Vault, Keycloak, AWS WAF&Shield, Azure WAF, Cloud Armor, Cert-Manager
• Coding & Scripts: Go, Python, Bash, Rust

About you
Qualifications we value :

• At least one programming or scripting language, preferably Go.

• Kubernetes in production: you know Kubernetes API in and out.

• Terraform and automation technologies and either Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

• DevOps/DevSecOps experience, and are comfortable with at least one cloud provider, preferably AWS.

• The operations of a SaaS for a commercial software company with a leading role and a good understanding of the work responsibilities and processes.

• Management, feeding the team with new ideas and innovation.

• Linguistic skills: Good in English both written and verbal, French is a plus.

Position details  

• Position type: Full-time position
• Start date: As soon as possible (flexible)
• Location: Paris 17 with hybrid remote 2 days per week. 
• Remuneration: competitive, experience-based
