As part of the Corporate Development team—a strategic hub at Implicity driving partnerships, market access, and growth initiatives—you will work closely with Laure, our Corporate Development Lead (to whom you will report), and Cécile, our Market Access Lead. Your key responsibilities will include:
Take the lead in high-impact, cross-functional projects, shaping the future of digital health.
Identify, initiate, and cultivate strategic alliances with key healthcare stakeholders: big pharma, device manufacturers, and academic institutions.
Conduct market intelligence to fuel business expansion, new product launches, and disruptive business models.
Manage and optimize public grants, ensuring strategic alignment with national and European funding opportunities.
Lead grant applications, reporting, and compliance to maximize funding impact.
Shape health policy by engaging with key decision-makers (HAS, Ministry of Health, Assurance Maladie).
Lead or contribute to clinical, medico-economic, and organizational impact studies.
Develop persuasive content for policymakers, payers, and healthcare institutions (dossiers, policy briefs, pitch decks).
Build and maintain relationships with payers, public authorities, professional societies, and patient advocacy groups.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring regulatory frameworks and funding schemes (LATM, LPPR, PECAN, etc.).
Define and execute Implicity’s international growth strategy.
Identify reimbursement opportunities and innovation funding models across key global markets.
At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

🥉 Your Background
Degree in Life Sciences (PharmD, or Master in biomedical engineering or similar);
Experience with grant writing or public funding management;
Ideally with 2y+ in the MedTech / Digital Health sector;
Ideally completed with a Master in Business Administration / Entrepreneurship / Strategy with robust 360° knowledge of the healthcare industry OR Master in Business /Health Economics;
You are French native speaker or bilingual, and absolutely fluent in English;
Entrepreneurial mindset , with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector, able to combine hands-on assignments with strategic thinking
You have excellent analytical and research skills;
You know how to synthesize, formulate and present your work in a clear and actionable way businesswise;
Excellent writing skills in French and English;
Strong work ethic & daily act with integrity, honesty and fairness;
Definitely a thoughtful team player, looking to make your colleagues successful.

You have a proven healthcare 360° knowledge (regulatory, markets, players, trends,..) and a personal network across a variety of stakeholders in the industry that enables you to source meaningful insights;
You are able to manage and prioritize multiple strategic projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
You have the ability to learn quickly;
Familiarity with regulatory and HTA institutions;
IP management.
