🚀 Why join us?

Implicity is a key player in remote cardiac monitoring, providing cutting-edge solutions for medical centers. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to help structure and scale our go-to-market (key messages, positioning) & product adoption strategy.

This role is critical in aligning Product, Market, and Sales to ensure our solutions meet customer needs while driving adoption and market penetration.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Market Insights & Product Influence

- Lead competitive & market intelligence (trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, pricing research, etc.).

- Conduct customer and prospect research (interviews, field feedback, data analysis).

- Partner with product teams to help prioritizing features based on market insights.

2️⃣ Go-To-Market Strategy & Product Positioning

- Define and refine the positioning and key messaging for all products & features.

- Build and execute GTM strategies for new product launches.

- Work closely with PMs to anticipate market needs and align roadmaps accordingly.

- Ensure consistency across sales, product, and marketing teams regarding messaging

- Monitor product performance in the market and adjust marketing strategies based on feedback, metrics, and changing market conditions.

3️⃣ Customer Engagement & Product Adoption

- Develop product adoption campaigns in partnership with communication team (in-app campaigns, email, customer events, webinars, user guides).

- Work closely with Customer Success teams to enhance onboarding & drive feature adoption.

- Establish a feedback loop between users and the product team to identify pain points.

4️⃣ Support Content Creation & Sales Enablement initiatives

- Work closely with the Communications team to align messaging, outreach strategy and overall content creation (**sales enablement materials**) and guarantee the respect & understanding of our key messages.

- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences to position our solutions & gather market insights.


Profil recherché

👤 Who You Are

- 4-6 years of experience in Product Marketing in a fast-paced environment (startup / scale up / consulting, etc.)

- Excellent analytical & strategic thinking to understand market dynamics, clearly explain them internally and define our key messages.

- Strong ability to structure go-to-market approaches and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Marketing.

- Exceptional soft-skills in order to both connect with prospects & customers and influence internal teams.

- Willingness to get your hands dirty and launch product adoption campaigns, develop assets with other teams, etc.

- Experience in Health sector or Medtech is a plus.

- Fluent in English (our market is international and you will be in frequent contact with US customers & prospects ). You are willing to go to the US several times a year in order to meet with our Sales team, our prospects and our clients.

Fixed salary range : 65000 - 70000
