Having all data in one platform is extremely convenient and useful to manage patient clinical situation. Our Implicity Heart Failure remote monitoring solution is expanding a lot, more and more patients and Medical Teams benefit from it every day.
You’ll then join the “Heart Failure” Customer Success team (1 Head of + 1 nurse + 1 logistic agent + a team of external nurses), to take care of all the patients with heart failure included in remote monitoring.
You are entirely dedicated to the patients and their well-being, all of that remotely
★ You manage the clinical events (alerts) coming from external devices (weight scales..)
★ (optional) You do therapeutic guidance sessions with patients
★ You check regularly the symptoms of the patients
★ You may have to manage administrative alerts coming from patients
★ You work very closely with our great team of external nurses

★ You have a nursing diploma
★ You have more than 2 years of experience in cardiology, and more specifically in heart failure
★ You target the Med-Tech / Health industry as your future career focus
★ Your English is GOOD and you are fluent in French
★ You know how to work with different tools like: Excel, Slack, Notion, CRM tools such as Airtable, etc.
