We’re looking for a preferably part-time Digital Marketing Expert to lead our Google Digital Marketing Professional Certificate program in Tunisia. This (approx.) 12-week course prepares learners for an entry-level job as Digital Marketer, via an innovative curriculum developed by Google.
Through individual, online learning and hands-on practical workshops and exercises, learners are introduced to the world of digital marketing and its different facets.
In addition to the self-guided aspects of this online course, the role of the Expert will be to implement additional learning tools to best support learners throughout their journey. These tools will consist of practicals, and sessions where the most challenging assignments of the course will be addressed.
This is a remote role. The successful candidate will cooperate with INCO Academy on a freelance/contractor basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing practical guidance and comprehensive mentorship to learners throughout their training journey.
Implementing (and participating in the creation of) the learning infrastructure.
Delivering weekly 2-hour Practicals and ‘How to…’ Sessions. Each Live Tutoring session needs to be adequately prepared by the Consultant, according to INCO’s training schedule, templates and course curriculum.
Devise webinars: come up with topics and / or speakers for webinars related to your topic of expertise.
Assist in onboarding sessions (course-specific topics).
Create course-specific curriculum materials for INCO Academy as needed and by using the design and templates provided.
Proactively support learners’ motivation based on INCO Academy engagement methodology including 1:1 support sessions with learners and communication with learners on Slack.
Participate in team meetings and take part in professional development activities.
Preferred experience
A Digital Marketer with industry experience in e-commerce, sales, advertising, SEO, social media marketing, data analytics, web development and/or other additional fields;
Experience in implementing strategies to build customer loyalty in e-commerce;
Understanding the latest developments in digital marketing and SEO;
Experience and interest in conducting online training, mentoring and/or tutoring and ease working with a range of virtual tools;
Excellent communication and coaching skills;
Experience working with learners facing barriers to employment is a plus;
Ability to work remotely while maintaining close links with the core team through regular and transparent reporting;
A passion for training and making a difference to the lives of others;
Fluency in English is required.
