We are a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up seeking an experienced technical writer to help shape the storytelling and content strategy for our cutting-edge AI, technological, and research innovations. In this role, you will translate complex ideas and AI breakthroughs into engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences across a variety of channels (traditional and digital).

The Challenge:

  • Lead and shape the overall process to create engaging, clear, and concise content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with InstaDeep’s technical and product teams, as well as Senior Management, to identify compelling stories and determine the best channels to communicate them.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage content production, ensuring timely, high-quality output — even under tight deadlines.
  • Edit and refine contributions from subject matter experts to ensure consistency in tone, style, and clarity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as design and marketing) to brief and determine the visual or design assets needed to support and enhance content, ensuring that it effectively comes to life across all platforms.
  • Maintain rigorous approval and sign-off processes to ensure compliance and quality standards are met at all times.
  • Skilfully navigate competing business priorities and demands; while at the same time managing workload in a fast-paced environment. Being proactive is a must in this role

    • Your Profile:

  • Proven track record in technical writing, with a strong background in English, journalism, or communications.
  • Demonstrable experience in translating complex materials (such as technical, product, or research-focused) into accessible and engaging multi-channel content.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Self-starter who works with a high degree of autonomy, able to build strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and colleagues (some of whom have technical or non-technical backgrounds).
  • Comfortable managing competing or rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to stay up to date with the latest AI and scientific research.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • A background in artificial intelligence, biology, or related fields is highly desirable but not essential. We‘d like to see examples of work that is relevant to this spec appended to your CV/application.
