Summary:

InstaDeep is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Manager to help bring our AI innovations to life through compelling social media campaigns and engaging content. This role will work closely with various departments to plan, create, and execute social media strategies across multi-channel platforms, focusing on storytelling, audience engagement, content amplification and growing our social media presence. You’ll be hands-on in planning and producing high-quality content, as well as ensuring InstaDeep’s message reaches and resonates with diverse audiences.

The Challenge:

  • Own the process to develop and implement a social media content strategy for InstaDeep, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover key stories about our exciting innovations, technological advancements and new products and turn them into compelling multi-channel content.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase social media followers and engagement, ensuring consistent audience growth and brand visibility across platforms.
  • Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, using data insights to adjust strategies, improve engagement, and drive growth.
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices to develop strategies that increase social media followers, engagement, and continually elevate InstaDeep’s digital presence.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for all our social platforms, working closely with the in-house design team to brief and align on the visual assets needed to bring content to life.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and engagement across all social media platforms.

    • Your profile:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • A track record of planning and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement, audience growth, and align with business objectives.
  • Strong writing skills with a creative approach to storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Experience working with design teams to produce visually engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media performance tools and the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • An understanding of AI, tech, or related industries is a plus but not essential.
  • A background in artificial intelligence, biology, or related fields is highly desirable but not essential.
