The TrustBuilder Sales Development Representative is placed at the beginning of the sales cycle.
Your role is twofold: inbound and outbound. In other words, you manage inbound and outbound sales leads and prospecting for Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK and Nordics countries.
Concretely, your responsibilities are as follows:
Prospect by exploiting tools at your disposal (data base, social selling, social networks, etc.) to identify new prospects and develop the generation of new business acquisition.
Contact identified prospects via outbound campaigns (cold calls and/or cold emails, etc.)
Manage inbound leads
Leads qualification to prospects:
Presentations of the company, products and service
Qualify needs (BANT): Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline
Answer to objections
Schedule meetings for Account Executives with prospects to move them through the sales cycle from client appointment to closing.
At least 1+ years of SDRs or related business experience into the IT sector (Cybersecurity ideally).
Exceptional written and vocal communication abilities.
Experience or proven ability to write concise and effective emails
Ability to adapt to new tactics and circumstances.
Excellent organizational skills.
Independent, rigorous, curious, combative, eager to improve
Language: Native English / Fluent French (Dutch is a plus)
Experience in CRM (Zoho/SFDC), social networks, prospection tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha…)
