Descriptif du poste

The TrustBuilder Sales Development Representative is placed at the beginning of the sales cycle.

Your role is twofold: inbound and outbound. In other words, you manage inbound and outbound sales leads and prospecting for Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK and Nordics countries.

Concretely, your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Prospect by exploiting tools at your disposal (data base, social selling, social networks, etc.) to identify new prospects and develop the generation of new business acquisition.

  • Contact identified prospects via outbound campaigns (cold calls and/or cold emails, etc.)

  • Manage inbound leads 

    • Leads qualification to prospects:

      • Presentations of the company, products and service

      • Qualify needs (BANT): Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline

      • Answer to objections

    • Schedule meetings for Account Executives with prospects to move them through the sales cycle from client appointment to closing.


Profil recherché

  • At least 1+ years of SDRs or related business experience into the IT sector (Cybersecurity ideally).

  • Exceptional written and vocal communication abilities.

  • Experience or proven ability to write concise and effective emails

  • Ability to adapt to new tactics and circumstances.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Independent, rigorous, curious, combative, eager to improve

  • Language: Native English / Fluent French (Dutch is a plus)

  • Experience in CRM (Zoho/SFDC), social networks, prospection tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha…)
