Ipsos is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join the Global team. In this role, and reporting to the Internal Communications Director, the Internal Communications Specialist contributes to the development and implementation of the overall internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business and people objectives, as well as company culture.
The person will collaborate with many stakeholders worldwide to ensure adoption and seamless execution of internal communications initiatives and positive employee experiences.
This role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of transparency, engagement, and collaboration across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Intranet
· Serve as the primary administrator and editor for the Ipsos intranet, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging for all employees.
· Collaborate with various departments to source, create, and publish compelling content, including news updates, business highlights and employee spotlights.
· Analyze intranet usage data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and optimize content and platform functionality.
- Employer brand
· Partner closely with the Human Resources team to support key initiatives and programs through effective internal communication strategies.
· Develop and implement communication initiatives that highlight Ipsos’ culture, values, and employee value proposition.
· Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to communicate career opportunities and attract top talent.
- Events
· Play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events, including webinars and large-scale events like annual conventions.
· Manage email marketing campaigns to promote internal events and measure impact.
- Content:
· Oversee the production and distribution of the Ipsos group newsletter, curating content and ensuring timely delivery to employees.
· Develop internal communications, write compelling messages and oversee graphism.
· Identify key communication channels and tailor messages to specific audiences within the organization.
· Proactively seek opportunities to enhance internal communications processes and tools to improve employee engagement and information flow.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
· A first experience in internal communications, preferably within a global organization.
· Fluent in English
· Written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels.
· Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (Adobe Photoshop and Premiere) is a plus.
