What you will do

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and retail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. As a Junior CSM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ success by providing exceptional support and fostering strong relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the IWD platform.

  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and value from our software.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Studio and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Assist in creating and delivering training materials, webinars, and other resources to help clients maximize their use of our platform.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies and best practices.

Preferred experience
What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client issues.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the customer success field.
