Your Mission:
Tellent France has approximately 1.000 customers across Javelo, Kiwi and Recruitee. 98% of this customer base is using only one of the 3 products and only few are currently focusing on cross-selling our products in this customer base. As our Account Manager for France, you will be in charge of building how we get our customers to buy more Tellent products. Your primary responsibility will be driving Tellent's growth by converting our 1,000 single-product French customers into multi-product users across Javelo, KiwiHR, and Recruitee. You'll develop and implement strategic cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Key responsibilities include identifying high-potential subsidiaries for acquisition, closing underperforming business units when necessary, and optimizing our product portfolio presence across customer organizations. Success in this role means transforming our French market approach from single-product relationships to comprehensive Tellent ecosystem adoption, creating a blueprint for similar expansion across Benelux and DACH regions.
We are looking for a pioneer, someone who has already sold multiple products at Tellent and who now wants to use this experience to build a future growth pillar of the company. You will use your creativity to build, implement and scale multi-product sales strategies in the Tellent France customer base, working closely with the Customer Experience team.
About the team:
You will be part of the Tellent Sales team, more specifically of the Tellent France sales team. You will report to one of our VP Sales at Tellent France.
Additionally, you will have to work very closely with the Customer Experience team and the BDR team, as they will be in the frontline with customers and can provide you with new product opportunities.
Success in your role will depend on how well you connect with the Customer Experience and Operations teams and BDR team.
Your 12-month journey:
During the first 3 months: you develop a deep understanding of the customer base with the CX and Operations teams, understand who your key stakeholders will be and build working relationships with them, generate your first opportunities to build some cross-sell pipeline.
Within 6 months: you understand which strategies work to create opportunities and you are refining them, the CX and Operations teams know how to work with you and enjoy working with you. You are now closing deals on all 3 products, mainly on Recruitee and Javelo.
After one year: after reaching your 2024 target, you are in control of your job and documented your tactics and techniques. You also started sharing your knowledge at a Tellent level to help build this function in Benelux and DACH. You have confidence and clarity on how to grow this activity further in 2025.
What you’ll be doing:
Create your own pipeline amongst the existing customer base
Qualify, demo and close deals on all 3 Tellent products.
Work very closely with Customer Experience and Operations and BDR teams to scale how you uncover new product opportunities with customers
Prioritize your day to day activities to ensure the right balance between creating pipeline and pushing forward on your opportunities
Create strategies to optimize how we create new product opportunities with our existing customer base
Compile and share knowledge with the other regions (Benelux and DACH) to establish best practices in this new function
Wat you’ll bring to the team:
3+ years experience in closing deals and successfully reaching your targets
Outbound experience: proven ability to create your own opportunities
Team-player: this role can only succeed if the person develops an excellent working relationship with the Tellent France Customer Experience and Operations teams
Experience in selling additional products to existing customers
