ℹ️ Job Description: We are looking for a committed and experienced Director of Security to oversee all security aspects within our organization.

In this key role, you will help ensure the safety and integrity of our data and protect both our physical and digital assets across all departments. Your efforts will be essential in maintaining the confidentiality and availability of our information.

As the Director of Security, you will work closely with various teams, including IT and HR, to coordinate and implement effective security strategies across the company.

⚡ Your missions :

  • Develop, implement, and oversee a strategic, comprehensive security management program that includes both physical and digital assets.

  • Lead security efforts with 360-degree oversight, collaborating with departments to ensure consistent application of policies and standards across all projects and systems.

  • Lead and manage security audits and compliance efforts, with a strong emphasis on ISO 27001 standards.

  • Ensure the company’s security measures are compliant with privacy laws and regulations, protecting the personal data of employees, customers, and partners.

  • Oversee the implementation of personnel security measures, including background checks and security clearances.

  • Conducts security reviews of service providers and third-party applications.

  • Coordinate and lead Incident Management and Response efforts across the organization.

  • Develop and conduct Information Security Training and Awareness programs to ensure all employees understand their role in maintaining the company’s security posture.


Profil recherché

✨  Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards and proven experience with audits and compliance management. Additional experience with other security standards is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate security efforts across multiple departments, ensuring a unified approach to security.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures, with a focus on both digital and physical security.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure.

  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for managing sensitive information, including compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey security matters to all stakeholders, including clients, and to inspire confidence through a strong commitment to security.

  • Proficient in English.

💼  Preferred experience

  • Advanced degree in Security Management, Information Security, or a related field.

  • A professional certification related to information security is highly desirable.

  • Previous leadership experience in law enforcement, military, or security operations is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations, such as GDPR.

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
