ℹ️ Job Description: As an IT Support, you will be part of the IT department and play a key role in ensuring IT support and administering IT management systems.

Your role will be key to ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing our staff to perform their duties without technical interruptions.

⚡ Your missions :

• You’ll assist people with Jus Mundi hardware and software issues,

• You’ll manage IT assets (purchasing, inventories, warranties, licenses…),

• You’ll manage users and their access (onboarding & offboarding),

• You’ll ensure proper documentation and use of the issue tracking system,

• You’ll create and maintain internal documentation,

• You’ll administrate IT management software,

• You’ll define and push the workstation’s security policies through an MDM,

• You’ll be helping to maintain and develop the Microsoft 365 Tenant

💼  Preferred experience

• A degree in system administration, computer engineering, IT support, or a related field.

• A first experience or internship in a related role is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist individuals from various backgrounds with IT issues.

• Problem-solving aptitude.
