Join our dynamic and fast-paced team to drive the growth of our B2B partnerships for the DACH markets as a Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our expansion, with thrilling responsibilities:
🚀 Your Responsibilities:
Supercharge prospecting efforts with innovative, recurring, and efficient actions across multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn … ) to accelerate lead conversion and close deals.
Develop a robust roadmap, identifying the best strategies to target key prospects (major accounts, solo entrepreneurs) in DACHÂ while optimizing commercial and contractual negotiations.
Understanding of the DACH markets needs to improve our B2B offering by conducting regular competitive benchmarking. Challenge existing sales processes to quickly boost revenue and fit the market.
Ensure consistent management of your client acquisition activities and revenue in collaboration with marketing, communications, support, and technical teams.
Implement client retention strategies to maximize satisfaction and long-term growth.

We’re looking for a resourceful, driven, and team-oriented German native profile speaking English fluently, French is a plus, passionate about SaaS and business development:
A graduate of a higher-level business program, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B business development in SaaS, retail, or entertainment on the DACH entertainment markets.
You’ve already built a network of B2B clients in DACH that you can leverage to quickly scale our licenses.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and your tech-savvy nature makes you highly efficient.
You’re an excellent communicator, a driving force for both teams and product. You’re curious, open-minded, adaptable, and excited to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You show resilience in the face of challenges, with the ability to actively listen and understand the needs of prospects.
You have a hunter’s mindset and a real passion for new business. You never back down from a challenge, and for you, goals are made to be exceeded.
