The Project :

• Assist in analyzing user behavior, ride trends, and operational performance.

• Work with large datasets from our carpooling platform to generate insights for decision-making.

• Help build dashboards and reports for various teams (product, operations, marketing).

• Support data cleaning, transformation, and visualization using SQL, DBT and BI tools like Metabase.

• Contribute to A/B testing, performance tracking, and user segmentation analysis.

• Work closely with the data team to automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Skills developed through the internship :

🔎 Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end data analysis using real-world mobility data.

💻 Develop proficiency in SQL, DBT, Bigquery and BI tools by building dashboards and automating reports.

🤝 Strengthen skills in data storytelling and cross-functional collaboration with product, ops, and marketing teams.

🎯 Learn to clean, transform, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with querying large datasets.

• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).

• Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.

• Understanding of statistics, data modeling, or A/B testing is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work with messy real-world data.

• Good communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
