Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to support our sales managers and contribute to the success of our seasonal showroom. As part of a dynamic and knowledgeable team, you will play a key role in presenting our collections to wholesale partners (worldwide perimeter), ensuring seamless showroom operations, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Sales Support

  • Welcome and provide a professional, engaging experience for wholesale partners in the showroom.

  • Present collections with in-depth knowledge of key pieces, fabrics, and design inspirations.

  • Assist in product selection to optimize assortments according to market profiles and align with sales strategy.

  • Offer guidance on product merchandising, styling, and best-sellers to maximize opportunities.

Sales & Market Analysis

  • Gather and report daily feedback from clients on collections, pricing, and product reception.

  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends to support strategic decisions.

Showroom Management & Operations

  • Maintain showroom presentation to align with brand standards.

  • Assist with inventory management, product setup, and showroom logistics.

  • Support showroom appointments by coordinating schedules and preparing sales materials.

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Industry Knowledge

  • Previous experience in showroom sales, wholesale, or retail within a contemporary or luxury fashion brand.

  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric composition, and fashion trends.

  • Familiarity with global retailers and wholesale business models.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align customer needs with sales objectives.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-centric approach.

  • High motivation, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced showroom.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in English and French (third language a plus).

  • Experience with B2B wholesale platforms (e.g., JOOR) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital sales tools.
