· Coordination of the 360° action plans for each channel and identify needs – images and copy (campaign and collaboration)
· Coordinate and track product launches and lead the Product Pushes calendar with product information, looks, number of assets, deadlines
· Support on copy briefs for CRM channels (newsletter, landing page)
· Operational excellence with monitoring of marketing activations and tools, briefs and monthly Marketing reports
· Coordinate and update the internal Brand calendar for each season / launches / collaborations / product updates
· Support during activations and events via dedicated briefs, cross-channel alignment, budget tracking, external stakeholders support
· Act as the key connection between merchandising, logistic, CRM and CMI team gathering all crucial information necessary to successfully deploy the Global Marketing Strategy and Plan
Master’s student in Marketing or related field
Strong organizational & coordination skills
Clear communicator, team player
Skilled in writing (CRM, briefs)
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Proactive, detail-oriented, curious
Interest in branding, product launches, and 360° campaigns
Plus: Prior marketing experience or interest in fashion/beauty.
