Job description:

• Design Intuitive Interfaces: Create user-friendly interfaces for our Industry 4.0 web and mobile apps, impacting how operators interact with technology.
• Understand User Needs: Conduct user research, translating operator needs into effective design solutions that simplify their workflows.
• Build Interactive Prototypes: Develop interactive prototypes to test and refine designs with user feedback, ensuring valuable solutions.
• Shape Industry 4.0’s Visual Identity: Define the visual language of L’Oréal’s Industry 4.0, crafting a compelling aesthetic for our manufacturing revolution.
• Create a Design System: Build a design system for consistency and scalability across applications, streamlining design and development.
